Directions to Luca's by Car.

If you are travelling on the M6, turn off at junction 40 and follow the A66 for approx 18 miles until you see the Keswick and Windermere sign, follow this road for about half a mile until you come to a T junction. Turn right towards the town centre on the A591. Continue all the way down this road which eventually meanders through the town centre, passing two pedestrian crossings, until you come to a mini roundabout. Go straight over, passing the Co-op and the Rawnsley Centre on your right. A short distance further along this road you will croass a bridge over the River Greta; Luca's is immediately on the left after the bridge. We have our own car park.

If you are coming from Cockermouth direction on the A66 then take the first signposted right-turn into Keswick and we are on the right when you can see the river on your left.

The red indicator on the map below is where Lucas is located. Use the zoom control on the left to view either a local, regional or national map. Move the mouse pointer over the map, then press and hold the left mouse button to drag the map to see other areas.

By Train and Bus.

Buses run from the two stations that serve Keswick i.e. Penrith (north lakes) and Oxenholme (south lakes). The journey from Penrith is the most direct and takes about 30 minutes. That from Oxenholme is more scenic but takes longer. Both services call at Keswick bus station where you should alight. It is about 4 or 5 minutes walk through the town centre to Lucas. There are usually taxis waiting at the bus station, if not there is a freephone for Davies Taxis inside the vestibule of the supermarket.
